With over two decades of extensive agency and corporate experience, I know how build and lead award-winning and effiective teams for their marketing partners and clients. Having success across the business spectrum, I can articulate the needs of customers small and large. Being grounded in old-school craft and now fluent in digital transformation, helps me understand all creative approaches, allowing me to drive a culture that focuses on ideation and creativity.
As Group Creative Director at Deluxe, I (re)built the creative agency within Deluxe to meet the marketing challenges associated with its evolution from a 100+ year old print manufacturer to a FinTech payments company. Success was achieved by building creative products that delivered some of the biggest wins in the company’s history.
And in similar leadership roles, my teams are successful at strengthening the bonds between customers and brands by rallying behind the power of an idea, strength of a strategy and effectiveness of technology.
I’ve led teams to deliver data-driven multi-channel creative for global blue-chip brands. And I’ve produced results: A 150% increase in loyalty club membership and largest monthly acquisition totals in program history for Alamo Rent-a-Car // A campaign that generated more bookings than any in recent history – resulting in millions more in revenue and significant cost savings for Carnival Cruise Lines // A rebrand that delivered an incredible 231% ROI for National’s Emerald Club.
Results like these were accomplished by strengthening the relationships between message and tactic, creativity and technology, agency and client.
But specifically: Print? Yes. Environmental space design? Check. Loyalty program communications development and production? Brand development? Logo design – brand-voice and image evolution? Digital and print campaigns? Promotion concepting and strategy to design implementation? Advertising? Photoshoots? Strategic Planning? Social Marketing campaigns? Business development? Team management? Talent development and mentoring? Resource forecasting planning and management? Project estimating, client management and account responsibilities? Thought leadership within industry organizations that participates as an awards and portfolio judge? Establish and maintains lasting and supportive senior level relationships with clients? Understand, embrace, and communicate mission and values of those I represent? Coffee pot cleaner and dishwasher-unloader? Check-check double-check.
